2004 Cost vs. Value Report
The 2004 Cost vs. Value Report, which appeared in the December issue of REALTOR® Magazine, contained incorrect information that was supplied to us in both the job cost and resale value data. The report estimates the cost of remodeling projects and the expected resale value of those improvements in 53 cities. The incorrect information has been corrected, and the corrected data can be obtained by ordering full-color reprints of the complete report.
