Patty Zuzek (CRS, SRES®, SFR®) is on NAR's Executive Committee having served as the 2023 Region 8 Regional Vice President (Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota).
Patty has been in the real estate industry for 30 years. She and her husband David formed a team in 2016 with their mission to “share knowledge to help others reach their financial and personal goals.” Patty’s education and depth of knowledge goes well beyond just a simple transaction. She has helped many clients through the years achieve their goals by listening and helping them through every step of the process.
Patty has served in many roles in the real estate industry. As the broker for Fieldstone Real Estate Specialists and the Vice President of Marketing for Fieldstone Family Homes, she shares her knowledge with 40+ agents, helping them with strategy, education, and compliance. Patty’s experience and knowledge of new construction and the residential real estate industry brings added value as a consultant.
Patty believes in enriching the lives of others by giving back. She’s volunteered at the local, state, and national levels. In 2017 she was honored to serve as the president of the Minnesota REALTORS®. The next year, the association named her REALTOR® of the Year. Patty currently serves on the Board of Directors for both Minnesota REALTORS® and the Minneapolis Area REALTORS®.
As president of the Minnesota REALTORS®, she worked hard to collaborate with all of the state’s local associations to improve communication and better understand their needs. After holding no state convention for nearly 20 years, Patty and the leadership team worked to bring the convention back in 2017. It’s still going strong. She is skilled at bringing people together to talk about tough topics, such as the MLS. She has served as a Federal Political Coordinator and as an RPAC Trustee for years.
Patty not only volunteers in the REALTOR® industry but is also extremely involved in her local community. She serves on the Planning Commission of Lakeville, Minnesota, where her knowledge of the industry serves the community well.
Patty was raised in Hastings, Minnesota, where she has deep roots. She grew up as one of seven kids and loves her large family. She graduated from St. Mary’s University with a degree in marketing. She and David are blessed with six kids together as a blended family, and 12 grandchildren. She jokes that if she would’ve had grandchildren first, she would have never had children. Family is her most important priority.
