The National Association of Realtors® installed its 2020 leadership team during the 2019 REALTORS® Conference & Expo in San Francisco, California.
Cybercrimes, including those involving transfer fraud and compromised records in real estate transactions, have increased over the past two years, and in 2019 – due to poor security systems and neglectful behaviors – these crimes and similar criminality are on a record-setting pace.
Ken Libby, a REALTOR® from Stowe, Vermont, received the award for his long and remarkable history of service to the real estate industry, his community and his country.
Kit Hale, a REALTOR® from Roanoke, Virginia, received the award for his long-time service to the association at every level and his dedication to his fellow Virginians.
National Association of Realtors® commends HUD and Secretary Carson for taking action to protect those who rely on the assistance of companion animals while preventing undeserving individuals from exploiting the system.
