NAR Chief Executive Named to Chamber’s Association Committee of 100

WASHINGTON (February 19, 2020) — National Association of Realtors® CEO Bob Goldberg was accepted to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100, an exclusive collection of chief executives representing some of the nation’s most prominent businesses and trade associations. Association heads have used the C100 to network and move their own organizations and industries forward for over 60 years.

“I’m tremendously grateful to be welcomed into this collection of professionals assembled by the Chamber of Commerce,” Goldberg said. “The partnerships forged through this committee will benefit NAR, our 1.4 million members and our industry as a whole, providing an important platform to highlight the most pressing issues within America’s housing and commercial markets.”

Association executives on the committee will receive invitations to two key yearly Chamber meetings, will be involved in various issue briefings with the Chamber's lobbyists and regulatory experts, and are granted access to Chamber policy committees.

“Founded in 1958, The Chamber’s Committee of 100 has a well-established reputation as one of the most distinguished appointments in the association community,” said Sara Armstrong, vice president and managing director of Political Affairs and Federation Relations at the U.S. Chamber. “These new members reflect our continued dedication to naming diverse, high-profile leaders to serve on this prestigious committee.”

The National Association of Realtors® is America’s largest trade association, representing more than 1.4 million members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.
