Hearing/Markup Schedule*

The House Ways and Means Committee will mark up a package of tax legislation and health care for the reconciliation package (NAR will submit a letter).
The letter expresses NAR’s concerns about pay-fors that limit investment in real estate. The letter also includes some of NAR’s messaging about Biden’s September 1st affordable housing announcement.
