As local real estate markets continue to become more global, state and local REALTOR® associations develop International Councils or Committees to assist their members understand and capitalize on the global market. Help ensure your local Board has all of the tools for a successful international program by tapping into NAR’s International Local Council Resource Database!
  • Access vital information, from ways to get started in the creation of an international committee to how your international local council can organize a trade mission abroad!
  • Learn from what other local boards across the country have done to expand the international market in their area.
  • Get involved in NAR’s International Networks program.

The pages included in this database provide information on local and state associations of REALTORS® who have international programs. Resources for starting an International Council and for ideas for your current International Program can be found at the REALTOR® Association Resource Exchange (RARE). A Realtor.org User-ID is required to access the RARE. If you need assistance setting a Realtor.org User-ID, please contact NAR's Information Central at 1-800-874-6500.

At the REALTOR® Association Resource Exchange, browse samples by type and click on the "International" tab to download the entire International Local Council Resource Guide, or browse the categories to download the articles that interest you. Feel free to upload your own resources to the RARE International section. See below for a more detailed description of what is available at the RARE.
