AHPs State by State

AHPs State by State (as of Oct. 1 2018)

On June 21, 2018, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) issued a new rule opening the door for small businesses and sole proprietors (including real estate professionals) to participate in Association Health Plans (AHPs). This map depicts which states have taken action. NAR will be updating this information as state information becomes available.
