Greg Martin (CCIM, GRI, AHWD, C2EX) received his real estate license in 1998. His introduction to leadership came in 2001, when he graduated from Nevada’s second Leadership Academy. He first served as his local association president in 2004. Following that, Greg served as a trustee in the Nevada State Leadership Academy for nine years, twice as program dean.
After serving as local association president again in 2014, Greg became state treasurer in 2015. Greg served in a number of committee chair roles before becoming Nevada REALTORS® president in 2017. His year as president was the first in which Nevada was recognized with the President's Cup Award. Greg is particularly proud of this achievement because it meant every local Nevada association, not just the state, earned the award.
Greg was pinned as a CCIM in 2018, after starting that educational journey in 2016.
Greg has served on numerous NAR committees over the years, has been a REALTOR® Party Member for several years, and served as Commercial & Industry Specialties Liaison in 2023.
