| Idea Summary: | The Project: Develop software which will simulate a face-to-face meeting, including a meeting room and avatars which represent the participants. Participants will be able to participate by typing comments and hearing the meeting and the meeting manager's responses.
The Game Changer: Members will develop a familiarity with virtual meeting technology by using the conference setting and avatars. Meetings can be held more efficiently and with less investment in time and travel by the attendees. This is an interesting concept of combining the visual aspect of a virtual setting and participants with the activity of the meeting. The concept will require incorporating the best use of online meeting facilities which are readily available with the simulation aspect which may enhance members' use of virtual meetings.
