| Idea Summary: | One of the most significant challenges facing REALTOR® associations today is how to effectively communicate the dozens of programs, products and services they provide as member benefits. Evidence clearly suggests that while REALTORS may resist reading based tasks, they will readily embrace video based products. This great project creates a series of videos that can successfully communicate REALTOR® association programs, products and services. The immediate benefit should be a significant increase in the current level of benefit utilization with an overall improvement in member affinities and satisfaction.
