Three Kansas City-based Good Neighbor Award Winners joined NAR for the 2023 REALTOR® Broker Summit. Learn about them below.

Children’s Book Drive

Mimi's Pantry, a local Kansas City charity, and former Good Neighbor award winner, needs our assistance. They created a new Children's Library attached to the food pantry, and we would like to help them fill the bookshelves.

Please consider bringing a new or gently used children's book as a donation with you to Broker Summit. They need books for a variety of ages, kindergarten to 6th grade. We will have a bookshelf at registration to drop off your donation. Thank you in advance for supporting this great cause.

Mimi's Pantry

Mimi's Pantry is a state-of-the-art food pantry offering a full range of food items needed to provide a nourishing, balanced meal. Their mission is to bridge the gap for individuals and families who are faced with the challenge of having enough nourishing food available to them. Mimi’s Pantry is unique in that they offer many perishable items such as fruits and vegetables, dairy products and frozen meats. They have recently installed a greenhouse and an orchard so we can grow fresh produce for the families they serve.

This Spring they are opening Mimi's 4 Kids which will offer seasonal clothing, shoes, backpacks, snacks and year-round school supplies, books, as well as tutoring services.
