Jesse Itzler only eats fruit until noon, loves Run-DMC, and enjoys living life “out of the box." Actually, he doesn't even have a box. He co-founded Marquis Jet, the world’s largest prepaid private jet card company in 2001, which he and his partner sold to Berkshire Hathaway/NetJets. He then partnered with Zico coconut water, which they sold to The Coca-Cola Company in 2013. He is a former rapper on MTV and he produced and sang both the NBA’s Emmy Award-winning “I Love This Game” music campaign and the popular New York Knicks anthem “Go NY Go.” Itzler is also the author of “Living With a SEAL” (New York Times best-selling book, #1 LA Times, #1 Amazon, #1 iTunes audiobook). When he is not out training for his next 100-mile run or being a dad to his four kids, Jesse can be found at the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks games, where he is a co-owner of the team. He is married to Spanx founder Sara Blakely, and the couple and their four children live in Atlanta, Georgia.

Her research focuses on analyzing and computing with social media and creating usable privacy and security systems. She writes for Slate and The Atlantic and frequently appears on NPR, including as a regular guest host for The Kojo Nnamdi Show. Her TED talk was named one of the most powerful talks of 2014. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Chicago, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Philip B.W. Becker is the founder and broker of Becker Properties in San Antonio, Texas. Currently home to about 50 REALTORS®, Becker Properties has two locations, an in-house video production team, and focuses on providing tech tools to improve the business of their agents. Philip was a REALTOR® 30 Under 30 honoree in 2014. He served as Chair of The National Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network in 2016. He’s also served NAR on committees such as Strategic Planning, Housing Opportunity and Risk Management Issues as well as on the NAR Board of Directors. Philip is a Golden R major investor in RPAC, a member of the President’s Circle and a recent inductee into the RPAC Hall of Fame. Philip’s free time consists of spending time with his girlfriend Krista, also a REALTOR®, and traveling to his vacation home in the US Virgin Islands.

Brian began his career in residential real estate more than 20 years ago. Brian has been active at the national level since 2009. In 2010, he helped launch NAR’s Young Professional Network (YPN), and chaired the Data Strategies Committee in 2015. He has served in many volunteer roles at the state and local level, including as the 2017 President of Tennessee REALTORS® where he has been actively involved since 2007. He is a proud member of the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS®, who chose him as their REALTOR® of the Year in 2011. Brian has been named as one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders in America as well as one of the Top 200 Power Social Influencers. He founded and runs REBarcamp Nashville, a real estate technology camp that attracts more than 1500 registrants each spring.

Garry Creath is a quintessential real estate entrepreneur. He has been a top selling agent in Austin, Texas for over 22 years, has owned and run his own real estate brokerage with over 35 agents, and has been featured by Apple and Evernote in case studies. At the peak of his real estate sales career, Garry was going on six listing appointments per week and was carrying over 55 listings at a time. Garry not only represents buyers and sellers in real estate, he also invests in residential and commercial real estate as a part of his retirement portfolio. He is a real estate tech company startup advisor and investor and is constantly on the lookout for ways to build efficiencies that make real estate business more profitable for brokers and agents alike. When he’s not selling real estate, training agents, or advising business owners, Garry travels and explores the world with his wife, Pamela.

A 25-year veteran of NAR, Bob took over the reins on August 1, 2017. Prior to assuming the CEO position, he served as NAR senior vice president of Sales & Marketing, Business Development & Strategic Investments, Professional Development and Conventions for NAR. In his SVP role, Goldberg was responsible for brand and strategic marketing and association non-dues revenue, and oversaw the largest employee base at NAR, with 69 division personnel.

James R. Imhoff, Jr., former CEO and current Chairman of First Weber, has been in the industry for over 45 years. Throughout his career, he’s remained a member of the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin.

He has held the GRI, CRS and SRA designations. On a national level, he’s served as a Director on the Realtor’s National Political Action Committee (RPAC) for over 20 years, and he currently serves on the NAR leadership team.

A lifelong Madison area resident, Jim graduated from Edgewood High School and is an alumnus of the Marquette University School of Business. He is the father of two Edgewood graduates; Laura, a U.W. graduate, and James III, a St. Norbert College graduate.

Jim was named REALTOR® of the Year in 1993 and Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006. He was also inducted into the In Business Madison Executive Hall of Fame in 2011.

Jim has been involved in over 25 industry and community boards and organizations. He’s served as President for various groups, including the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and a local Lions Club. He also founded the First Weber Foundation and the Advisory Board of the Real Estate Center at Marquette University. Currently, he serves as a Director for the Center for Urban Land Economic Research and the Board of Directors of Edgewood College.

He has been an instructor for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association for over 30 years. He is also a guest lecturer for various institutions, including the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

Outside of real estate, Jim served six years in the Wisconsin National Guard and was an examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

Tracy has 26 years of experience in real estate and specializes in both residential and commercial real estate. At the national level, Tracy has served on the NAR Board of Directors since 2016, and chaired the 50th Anniversary of RPAC Implementation Group in 2018. She was a member of the Future of the REALTOR® Party Presidential Advisory Group (PAG) in 2017 and the RPAC State Fundraising Partnership Goal PAG in 2016. Tracy has been a dedicated member of the Idaho Association of REALTORS® since 1997. She was honored to serve as their president in 2016 and was awarded REALTOR® of the Year that same year. At the local level, she is a primary member of the Caldwell Board of REALTORS®. Tracy is a past president of the Nampa Association of REALTORS®, and is a past REALTOR® of the Year for both the Nampa (2001) and Caldwell (2011) associations.

Jonathan is passionate about design, customer experience, and helping people succeed. Combining his sales and marketing expertise with his love for real estate, Jonathan began selling real estate in 2003 and founded Nest Realty in 2008.

Since then, Nest Realty has been honored as the nation’s ‘Most Innovative Brokerage’ by Inman News and was named to the INC 5000 list of fastest growing American companies for four consecutive years. Nest Realty began offering limited franchising opportunities in 2017 and currently operates in 12 markets in four states.

Immediately prior to joining TAR in November 1998, Mark served as Campaign Director for U.S. Senator John Cornyn’s successful campaign for Attorney General of Texas.

Prior to the Cornyn campaign, Mark served as Chief of Staff for State Senator Florence Shapiro in the Texas Legislature. He was also a legislative aide in the United States Congress, and he is the veteran of more than a dozen political campaigns at the national, state, and local levels. Mark is also a 2018 inductee into the RPAC Hall of Fame.

Ms. Levy is the General Counsel/Vice President of Legal Affairs for the Texas REALTORS®. She oversees enforcement of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, directs educational and communication content, supervises all litigation affecting the association, and manages the association’s legal defense fund and the Legal Hotline. She works closely with the Governmental Affairs department in lobbying efforts at the Texas Legislature and state agencies. Ms. Levy joined the Texas REALTORS® staff in 2006 as the legislative attorney and manager for the association’s regulatory affairs.

Elizabeth has been a REALTOR® for over 20 years. RE/MAX named her the Mid-States Missouri Broker-Owner of the Year in 2009 and the International Broker Manager of the Year in 2006. In 2010, the Missouri Association of REALTORS® elected Elizabeth president. She also served as president of the Missouri WCR in 2004. The Missouri WCR named her "Business Woman of the Year" and "Member of the Year," in 2007. She is a sixth-generation REALTOR®.

As the President and CTO of T3 Sixty, Jack is responsible for client relationship development and management of T3 Sixty’s consulting team. He has nearly two decades in the real estate industry and has held management and executive roles in real estate franchising, franchise ownership, brokerages and management consulting organizations. Jack’s formal education is in electrical and computer engineering, and prior to the real estate industry worked in multiple technology startup companies including as a partner and investor. He is a consistent contributor to the Swanepoel Trends Report, the T3 Tech Scorecard Reports, as well as various white papers and abstracts on technology.

Erica Ramus is the Broker/Owner of Ramus Realty Group in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. She earned degrees at Armand Hammer United World College of the American West (IB), University of Delaware Honors Program and Kutztown University (BA). She holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate (MRE) and in 2013 was one of only 10 real estate brokers in the first class to complete this program. She sits on committees at the state and national level and is currently Vice President of the Reading Berks Association of REALTORS®. Ramus is a Featured Contributor for Inman News and writes a monthly article for the site focusing on broker topics. She writes real estate courses and edits publications for national education providers, and serves as a consultant for small- to mid-size brokerages nationally.

As co-founder and managing partner of Agent Publishing, Marci Sepulveda oversees day-to-day-operations, as well as the company’s product development and growth strategy. A veteran of the real estate industry, Ms. Sepulveda is a recognized expert in real estate training, sales and marketing management with experience working with developers, brokerages and agents. With Agent Publishing she brings her market expertise to the media side of the industry. Her company publishes magazines focusing on local markets and best practices for agents. In addition, she manages AgentEDU, an online training platform used by agents and brokerages across the country.

Rebecca Thomson is a nationally-known speaker and influencer with over thirteen years of experience in the real estate industry, including four in senior management at the top residential brokerage in Chicago. She is Principal at Thomson Real Estate Group and provides sound consulting on high-level organizational decisions, C-level hiring, and strategic planning. She’s also a frequent contributor for digital, print, radio, and television news.

Thomson serves on multiple boards including the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, where she was President in 2018, National Association of REALTORS® Executive Committee, Illinois REALTORS®, Women’s Council Executive Committee, and the Women’s Council Foundation.

Thomson led training, coaching, and business development for Chicago-based @properties. During her tenure, the company doubled to $8 billion in volume and 2,200 agents. Prior to @properties, Thomson hailed from Sotheby’s International Realty where she handled residential sales, luxury leasing, and new construction.
