He then partnered with Zico coconut water, which they sold to The Coca-Cola Company in 2013. He is a former rapper on MTV and he produced and sang both the NBA’s Emmy Award-winning “I Love This Game” music campaign and the popular New York Knicks anthem “Go NY Go.” Itzler is also the author of “Living With a SEAL” (New York Times best-selling book, #1 LA Times, #1 Amazon, #1 iTunes audiobook). When he is not out training for his next 100-mile run or being a dad to his four kids, Jesse can be found at the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks games, where he is a co-owner of the team. At the national level, John has served NAR in numerous capacities, most recently as the 2017 Vice Chair of the Finance Committee. He was the 2013 Vice President for Region VII, comprised of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. John has been a member of the NAR Board of Directors since 2010. He was appointed to several NAR committees and work groups including the Strategic Planning committee, NAR’s Membership Structural Review PAG, and NAR’s Advocacy Work Group. The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA) elected John their Treasurer in 2008 followed by Chairman-Elect and Chairman of the Board in 2010. John was named Wisconsin’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2010, as recognition for his years of service to the membership. His local association, the REALTORS® Association of Northwest Wisconsin (RANWW), elected John their president in 2009. John has served on the RANWW Board of Directors since 2002 and still sits on the board today. He was honored with the RANWW REALTOR® of the Year award in 2009.

James R. Imhoff, Jr., former CEO and current Chairman of First Weber, has been in the industry for over 45 years. Throughout his career, he’s remained a member of the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin.

He has held the GRI, CRS and SRA designations. On a national level, he’s served as a Director on the Realtor’s National Political Action Committee (RPAC) for over 20 years, and he currently serves on the NAR leadership team.

A lifelong Madison area resident, Jim graduated from Edgewood High School and is an alumnus of the Marquette University School of Business. He is the father of two Edgewood graduates; Laura, a U.W. graduate, and James III, a St. Norbert College graduate.

Jim was named REALTOR® of the Year in 1993 and Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006. He was also inducted into the In Business Madison Executive Hall of Fame in 2011.

Jim has been involved in over 25 industry and community boards and organizations. He’s served as President for various groups, including the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and a local Lions Club. He also founded the First Weber Foundation and the Advisory Board of the Real Estate Center at Marquette University. Currently, he serves as a Director for the Center for Urban Land Economic Research and the Board of Directors of Edgewood College.

He has been an instructor for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association for over 30 years. He is also a guest lecturer for various institutions, including the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

She provides strategic advice on public policy issues impacting NAR and helps direct its Independent Expenditure and Public Advocacy programs. Before joining America’s largest trade association, McGahn served as the staff director for the House Financial Services Committee and, prior to that, as a counselor to the United States Treasury Secretary. She also held communications roles for three members of House Leadership during her near 20-year Capitol Hill career. In addition, McGahn served as Vice President for a D.C.-based public affairs firm, and held the same position for a consulting firm focused on grassroots communication in major national media markets. The first woman to hold the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs position in NAR’s 110-year history, McGahn brings with her nearly two decades of experience working with or for the legislative and executive branches of the U.S. government. As she continues her career at NAR, she is focused on working on behalf of America’s 1.3 million REALTORS® to promote and protect property ownership for people across the United States. McGahn earned her B.A. in History from The George Washington University. A native of Westerville, Ohio, she currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband and two sons.
