Here’s important information to know before you leave for the 2013 REALTOR® Party Issues Conference:

Issues Conference Duration

Plan to arrive in Dana Point on Thursday, Feb. 14. The official Issues Conference program is two days – Friday, Feb. 15. and Saturday, Feb. 16, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.  -- and is held at the St. Regis Hotel.

Transportation During the Issues Conference

A complimentary shuttle service will be provided during the conference to transport attendees to/from the St. Regis to/from Laguna Beach. Please look for signs in the hotel lobby for shuttle information. Please note, if you’re staying at the Ritz Carlton, shuttles to/from the Ritz Carlton to/from the St. Regis will be provided. Please look for additional shuttle information on-site during the Issues Conference.

Thursday, Feb. 14

3:00pm – 9:00pm
*Please Note: Last pick-up from Laguna Beach will be at 8:30pm

Friday, Feb. 15

12:00pm – 6:00pm
*Please Note: Last pick-up from Laguna Beach will be at 5:30pm

Saturday, Feb. 16

12:00pm – 5:30pm

A complimentary beach tram service is available for guests. The tram runs eight times an hour and is available for all guests of the St. Regis. For additional questions about the tram please contact guest services at the St. Regis.

Issues Conference Dress Code

Dress is business casual, which means dressing professionally, looking relaxed yet neat and pulled together. The air conditioning might make the conference rooms cool so remember to bring a sweater or jacket.

Seasonally southern California weather in February ranges in degrees from 65 degrees to 75 degrees. Rain is unlikely, but heavy morning fog can occur.
