All registration for the 2019 Institute must be completed online. Online registration opens at 12:00 noon CST on Wednesday, December 5, 2018. Registrations will not be accepted prior to that date.


We are excited to offer AEI attendees the YETI® 20 oz Tumbler in replacement of the usual clothing item for 2019 AE Institute. Be sure to add the Tumbler to your registration at checkout.

Each Tumbler is $40 - part of the proceeds goes toward the AE Professional Development Fund. Be sure to order by January 31st! 

Register early and save on tuition! Register before January 31, 2019, and save $30 on AE Institute tuition. Registration is $560 before January 31, and $590 after that date.

AE Institute tuition includes attendance at courses and general sessions, Friday's Welcome Lounge, Saturday night's Icebreaker Reception, breakfast Saturday through Monday mornings, lunch Saturday through Monday. Extra fees are required for the CEO Program, Certified Professional Standards Certification, CIPS Global Programs for Associations, Commercial Membership by Design, and e-PRO courses.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be made in writing before Friday, March 15, 2019. A $25 administration fee will be charged on cancellations received by March 15, 2019. No refunds after that date.
