Registration will open in summer 2017, on a rolling schedule as follows:

Members who complete their $2000 President’s Circle investment by the deadlines listed above will receive a link to register on the corresponding registration open date. Members who complete their investment any time after each noted deadline will receive their link at the next registration open date. The final date by which to complete the $2000 investment is September 30, 2017.
Rooms for the three main conference nights will be guaranteed to all President’s Circle members throughout the registration period. However, early registrants will have the first access to a limited number of sleeping rooms that have been reserved beginning on Tuesday, February 27th through Monday, March 5th, for members who wish to extend their stay at the property, at their own expense, on either side of the conference.
Registration Fee: A $495 fee to attend the conference will be assessed to each member who registers. This fee includes the President’s Circle member + 1 guest. You will need to provide a credit card which will be charged at the time of registration. Should you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing (via email to Beth Brittingham, firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than January 19, 2018. The $495 is fully refundable up until this date. After January 19th, the fee is non-refundable.
Guest Fee(s): In order to accommodate the growth of this conference, guest fees have been instituted for additional guests beyond the one that is included. Only guests who intend to attend any conference events (meals, receptions, sessions) must register. Guests simply staying at the resort with you, but not planning to attend any conference events, do not need to register. Wrist bands will be provided at conference registration for each registered member and guest(s). Unregistered guests will not be granted entry into conference events.
Guest fees will be added to your total and your card will be charged at the time of registration. Guest fees are reimbursable through February 15, 2018. Reimbursements must be requested in writing (via email to Beth Brittingham at email@example.com). Guests can be added at any time during the registration process by logging back into the registration site, linked to in your conference invite email. After February 15th, guest fees are non-refundable.
