Sixty-four Percent of Realtors® Reported Constant or Higher Prices

Home prices continue to firm up as demand is reported to be increasing faster than supply.  Sixty-four percent of respondents to the most recent Realtors® Confidence Index (June) reported constant prices (30 percent) or rising prices (34 percent) compared to a year ago.  An increasing proportion of respondents (5 percent) reported seeing price increases of 10 percent or more.
