Foot Traffic: Minnesota

  • Foot traffic and future home sales have a strong correlation.  SentriLock, LLC. provides NAR Research with monthly data on the number of showings.
  • Since July, the 12-month change in foot traffic has seesawed back and forth between stronger months for 2010 and 2011 in Minnesota.
  • Foot traffic jumped at the end of the tax credit period in 2010, but has remained muted since.
