Conference ProgramProgramming specifically for global practitioners, including Committee Meetings, Pre-Conference Courses, expo activities and social events, is scheduled November 2-6. Plus, access 100+ education sessions between Friday and Monday, many of which focus on international interests. New activities are being added to the schedule throughout the summer.

Global Day and Mobile Interpretation FREE for Premier Access International REALTOR® MembersFriday, November 3 is Global Day with networking, business and various conference sessions. Simultaneous interpretation into a number of languages will be available for select committee and conference events.

International Night Out & Awards Ceremony (Ticketed Event)Saturday, November 4Join colleagues from all around the world at this year's gala event. This is the international community's night to shine. We will honor highest achievements during the Global Awards Ceremony, followed by a formal dinner and dancing to live music. Attire is black tie optional. Purchase tickets when registering for the conference starting May 3.
Hotel The National Association of REALTORS® negotiates the lowest hotel room rates for members and guests, so you can be sure you’re getting the best deal for your stay at the real estate conference. The headquarter hotel for international attendees is the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. Learn more about available hotels in Chicago. Air TravelNAR’s official carrier, United Airlines, has extended its discount program to include international travel. Check back in the spring for more information.
International Visa RequirementsU.S. visa policy permits citizens of certain countries to travel to the U.S. without a visa, when they meet certain requirements, under U.S. laws. Determine whether a visa is required for your travel to the real estate conference. Other international visitors to the U.S. may be required to obtain a business visa to enter the U.S., depending on country of origin. Apply for a business visa. If you have determined that you need help from the National Association of REALTORS® to obtain your visa, you may be eligible to receive a letter of invitation to attend the conference. Simply fill out the International Visa Invitation Letter Request Form. All international visitors are advised to check the requirements to enter the U.S. for their country of citizenship well in advance of travel. If you require a visa to travel, we strongly suggest applying for a visa as soon as possible, and at least four months in advance of the REALTORS® Conference & Expo in November. The Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) replaced the US-VISIT PROGRAM in 2013. OBIM supports the Department of Homeland Security's responsibility to protect the nation by providing biometric identification services that help federal, state and local government decision makers accurately identify the people they encounter and determine whether those people pose a risk to the U.S. For more information, visit www.dhs.gov/us-visit.
