All meetings’ registrations and hotel reservations are made through Experient, NAR’s official conference registration company. Experient will confirm your advance registration and hotel reservation by email within one week of your event registration submission.
2017 Hotel Confirmation
Hotel reservations for the real estate conference are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to make your hotel reservations with your conference registration isOctober 13, 2017. If you make your hotel reservations through Experient, you will not receive a separate confirmation directly from the hotel. Use your registration and hotel confirmation from Experient at check-in.
2017 Registration Process
NAR no longer sends registration credentials and tickets by mail in advance of the event. Just bring a printed copy of your confirmation email to the Badge & Program Pickup counters in Registration to print your badge.
2017 Credit Card Guarantee
A credit card is required at the time your reservation is made. Credit cards must be valid through November 2017. Your credit card will no longer be charged at the time of booking but will be provided to the hotel to guarantee your room. The hotel may charge a one nightʼs room and tax as a deposit between October 11, 2017 and your arrival date. Deposits are refundable for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours before arrival. Requests received without credit card information will not be processed.
2017 Cancellation Policies
To make changes and cancellations to your registration, contact Experient at the numbers listed below. Event cancellation policies are as follows: - Prior to October 13, 2017: Conference registration fees will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. - After October 13, 2017: No refund of conference registration fees.
All conference registration transfers must be made by October 13, 2017. Send request to convinfo@REALTORS.org. Requests after that date must be made on-site at NAR’s Registration Assistance counter. Bring original registrant's email confirmation.
2017 Hotel Changes & Cancellations
To make changes and cancellations, contact Experient Housing through October 26, 2017. After October 26, 2017, contact the hotel directly. Cancellation of your reservation within 72 hours of, or failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date, will result in a one nightʼs room and tax charge on the credit card provided as a guarantee.
