Claire Killen (ABR®, SFR, SRS, CNE, CIPS, C2EX, e-PRO®) is the broker-owner of Emerald Real Estate, established in March 2010 and licensed since 2004. Emerald Real Estate is a locally based real estate company in the Minneapolis area.
As a native of Ireland, Claire brings a distinctive approach to her business that her clients rave about, setting her miles apart from her competitors in the field. She has built a successful referral-based business due to her dedication to clients, her ability to deliver service with integrity and passion, and her commitment to industry knowledge and professionalism.
Claire was NAR's 2023 Committee Liaison for Global Real Estate and formerly served on the 2022 CIPS Advisory Board, the Northstar MLS from 2008 to 2018, was on the Northstar MLS executive committee from 2011 to 2018, and chaired the committee in 2014. She served as NAR Chair of the Global Business and Alliances Committee in 2020 and on NAR’s Global Alliances Advisory Board in 2018. She was NAR’s Global Ambassador to Ireland from 2013 to 2018 and is an Honorary Member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (HON MIPAV).
Claire has given back to the real estate community by serving on the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® board of directors, the Global Council, the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and the Young Professionals Network Committee as a past chair.
