Cindi Bulla

Cindi Bulla (GRI, AHWD, C2EX) has more than 20 years of experience as a REALTOR® and a prior career in banking and construction. She volunteers at all levels of the REALTOR® organization and serves on her local planning and zoning commission. Cindi is also an avid local arts supporter.

Cindi served as chairman of the Amarillo Association of REALTORS® in 2012 and was named its REALTOR® of the Year in 2013. She served as Texas REALTORS® Regional Vice President for Region 1 from 2016 to 2018, and as its chairman in 2020. She has led numerous Texas REALTORS® committees, including those dedicated to website development, MLS/technology, and issues mobilization. In 2012, Cindi was appointed to a Texas Real Estate Commission task force charged with reviewing real estate license education requirements.

Nationally, Cindi was the 2023 Region 10 (Louisiana and Texas ) Regional Vice President and currently serves on the Executive Committee. In addition, she has represented Texas REALTORS® on the NAR board since 2013. Cindi chaired the State and Local Issues Mobilization Support Committee in 2021 and co-chaired Meetings and Conferences in 2022. She also served as the NAR Federal Political Coordinator (FPC) to Congressman Mac Thornberry.

Cindi is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, NAR’s Leadership Academy, and is an Omega Tau Rho recipient. In addition to her professional volunteer contributions, Cindi is active with many local non-profits. She has been involved with the Amarillo Little Theater for 30 years, and was a past chair of the Amarillo chapter of the American Red Cross.
