To be counted in an association’s or brokerage’s numbers, the member must have completed at least one C2EX competency. To learn more about the C2EX program, follow this link: https://www.nar.realtor/commitment-to-excellence. Completing a C2EX competency will include finishing all of the following: the assessment, learning paths, and required tasks associated with that competency.
Participants must be members in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Associations or brokerages who received the seed money can add additional funds and resources to their C3 Challenge campaign beyond the $500 seed money.
Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. C.D.T. on the deadline date to be considered as a candidate for that calendar year's awards. All entries shall become the property of NAR and will not be returned. A winner in each of the three categories will be selected by the C2EX committee.
The finalists' application materials will be sent to the C2EX committee for scoring. The C2EX committee will award points to finalists' entries based on the creativity and results of their C3 campaign. The committee's decisions are final and in the committee’s sole discretion.
Participants’ entry information will not be shared with anyone outside of the National Association of REALTORS® staff and the C2EX committee; the C2EX committee will receive only the information necessary to evaluate the application.
The staff of NAR and the program sponsors will not take phone calls or release any information regarding the judging process, or status of the entries.
In order to receive the prize, winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and be willing to be interviewed, photographed, filmed, and featured in NAR promotions.
C2EX committee members and staff of NAR are ineligible to participate.
NAR, and the C2EX committee aren't responsible for late, stolen, technical problems, or misdirected entries. Winners will be notified by email.
If there is insufficient participation in any of the three categories, NAR may, in its sole discretion, decide to not award a $10,000 prize in any of three categories.
