Home Buyer Compromises

  • Recent home buyers are often willing to make sacrifices when purchasing a home.
  • The most common sacrifices are compromising on the price, size and condition of the home they purchased.
  • Those who have children under 18 in their home are the most likely to make sacrifices when buying a home; as buyers, the last compromise they are willing to make is in the quality of and distance to the school.
