Foot Traffic: Kankakee County, IL

  • The 12-month gap in foot traffic expanded in February relative to January in the area covered by the Kankakee County Association of REALTORS®.
  • This wedge was partially due to strong, tax-credit driven foot traffic in 2010, but sales in February of 2011 were low relative to the prior month as well.
