On June 22, 2015, Mortgage Compliance Magazine published an article titled “The Top 5 Things to Know About TRID Now”. The article asks the National Association of REALTORS® along with two other organizations who have been recognized as industry leaders dedicated to implementing TRID on time and in compliance to name their “Top 5” tips for TRID compliance. Their thoughts are intended to help the industry ensure it is prepared and to provide insights on issues they need to consider prior to the proposed effective date of October 3, 2015.
