Al Unser retires after 36 years

Al J. Unser, CAE, CEO of the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS®, retired in June after 20 years with the association. Unser joined GTAR in 1991, after having served as chief executive officer with four other REALTOR® associations since 1975. In 2004, Unser was inducted into the Dr. Almon R. (Bud) Smith, RCE, AE Leadership Society, which recognizes association executives who have shown themselves to be leading contributors to the industry and the profession. Mike Cotrill, GTAR’s chief operating officer, succeeded Unser as CEO.
