Bruce Aydt, ABR, ABRM, CRB, Green, SRS, is a REALTOR®, attorney and educator from St. Louis, Missouri. He has been involved in the management of real estate brokerages for 30 years, currently as Senior Vice-President and General Counsel of Prudential Alliance, REALTORS®. He has acted as president of, was named REALTOR® of the Year by the St Louis Association and Missouri Association of REALTORS®, and is a recipient of the NAR Distinguished Service Award (DSA).

Adorna Carroll, DSA, CRB, ABR, SRS, GRI, SRES is Broker/Owner of Realty3 of CT, President of Dynamic Directions, Inc., an international sales training consulting firm and a partner and co-author of the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation course conferred by the SRS Council, LLP. Adorna has been training future leaders for local and state associations all over the US and Canada for over 10 years by teaching leadership training programs and facilitating strategic planning sessions.

Ginger Downs, RCE, CAE, IOM, CIPS, has been the CEO of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® since October, 2005. She is responsible for leading and maintaining the Association as one of the premier local REALTOR® organizations in the country. She currently serves as the 2012 NAR Association Executives Committee Chair.

Bill Jones, GRI, is owner and Broker of Century 21 Accent in Temple, Texas and has 33 years of experience in real estate. He has served as the chairman of the Texas Association of REALTORS® as well as chaired several committees at the local, state and national level. He is currently serving a six year term as a commissioner at the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Alice Martin, RCE, CAE, GRI is familiar with all aspects of the REALTOR® world, through her experience she as a REALTOR® volunteer leader and over 25 years of association employment at the local, state and national levels. Don Martin, GRI is past president of both a local and state association, and has been a member of numerous REALTOR® association committees and work groups over a span of 30 years. He is a former REALTOR® of the Year at three different associations. Don is also a real estate educator and an Arizona GRI faculty member. He has been the designated broker of his own successful company and of a company of over 1,100 agents.

Diane Ruggiero, RCE, CAE is a focused and driven professional with 35 years in Association and MLS strategic management and leadership. She’s guided associations and MLSs through mergers and consolidations, advised boards of directors, motivated employees, and helped drive change in those organizations. She’s passionate about helping understand, plan for and work through the challenges of a changing world. Leadership development, strategic planning, and mergers/ consolidations are areas of expertise in her consulting work with Pranix, Inc. Prior to joining Pranix, Diane was the CEO for the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® and Heartland MLS for 15 years, also served as the CEO for Associations and MLSs in New Jersey and Washington, DC. She played a part in founding the RCE Designation and served on the original RCE Board from 1988 – 2001. Diane also served as the Chairman of the NAR Association Executives Institute in 1994 in Nashville, TN and as the Chairman of NAR’s Association Executives Committee in 2008. She loves to teach, facilitate and conduct seminars for REALTORS®, other AEs and community groups.

Melynn Sight is founder and president of nSight Marketing in Kansas City. She works with associations and their members in all aspects of communications; helping associations communicate more value to their members. Her work includes developing communications plans, branding, member research, and creating member value initiatives that unite staff to reach new levels as a team. The goal is to create more meaningful dialogue get more attention and communicate value to members. She has 25 years sales and marketing experience in the technology industry with Xerox and Sun Microsystems. She now spends full time bringing promising practices to the association industry.

Roger Turcotte, CBR, CDEI, DREI, GRI a presenter at AEI 2011 and AEI 2012, was a recipient of the NHAR 2010 Distinguished Service Award. Roger’s leadership experience is drawn from a variety of sources - he was the managing partner of a successful real estate company; served as president of his local board; served as chairman of NH Association of REALTORS® legal committee and served as a member of that association’s executive committee and board of directors. Additionally, he served as a commissioned officer in the NH Army National Guard for over 30 years.

John Wallace PhD, RCE, CAE holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Leadership. He has been involved with the REALTOR® family since 1985. He served as the AE of a large local association, as well as the Washington Association of REALTORS® before moving home to North Carolina, where he was an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior and Business at North Carolina Wesleyan College and Central Michigan University, and a principal in a consulting firm focused on trade and professional associations. He is currently the CEO of the Oregon Association of REALTORS®, having returned to the Northwest in 2010.

She is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and Santa Clara University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in California. Suzanne is a past President (2012) of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS®, past Chair of the Bay Area REALTOR® Leadership Academy, 2009 graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy, has served in various leadership positions for the California Association of REALTORS® and is a past president of the Rotary Club of Capitola Aptos. Suzanne has recently been awarded the distinction of Director for Life for the California Association of REALTORS®.
