Bruce Aydt, DSA, ABR, CRB, GRN, SRS, is a REALTOR®, attorney and educator from St. Louis, Missouri. As a second-generation REALTOR®, Bruce grew up in the real estate business and has worked in virtually every aspect of real estate companies. Bruce has been in management as well as in-house legal counsel to companies for over 30 years. Bruce has been involved in REALTOR® Association work throughout his career. He has served in leadership roles as President of both the Missouri Association of REALTORS® and the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®. Bruce has been part of the National Association’s Enlarged Leadership Team three times, has chaired the NAR Professional Standards Committee, Legal Action Committee, and State Leadership Forum and received the National Association’s Distinguished Service Award.

Adorna Carroll, DSA, CRB, ABR, SRS, GRI, SRES is the President of Dynamic Directions, Inc and has been facilitating leadership training and strategic planning all over the US and Canada for local, state and provincial associations ranging from 300 members to 90,000+ members for over 15 years. In addition to being an owner of a mid-sized real estate firm, Adorna has been named to the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC's) Hall of Fame and the RPAC Hall of Fame. In 1997 she completed her term as the State President for the CT Realtors, was the 2001 Region 1 Vice President, an NAR Liaison in 2002, 2003, and 2007, RPAC Trustee in 2004, the 2005 NAR VP & Liaison to Committees, NAR's Chief Political Fundraiser in 2006, the national 2016 President of the REBI - Real Estate Business Institute (formerly CRB) and is the 79th recipient of NAR's Distinguished Service Award.

Ginger Downs, RCE, CAE, IOM, is a partner in the association management consulting firm Martin & Downs. From 1983 to 2018, Ginger served as the CEO for 6 local REALTOR® Associations, including the Seattle-King Co. REALTORS® and most recently, the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. Ginger is recognized as a leader within the REALTOR® Association management profession and was the NAR 2017 William R. Magel Award of Excellence recipient (30th recipient). Ginger is a past Chair of NAR’s Association Executive Committee and the NAR AE Institute. She also conducts training for new AEs to NAR and NAA, and serves on the Board of Regents, and as the Treasurer, for REALTOR® University. Ginger is an accomplished speaker and conducts regular leadership training to volunteer leaders for REALTOR® Associations, as well as for the local chapters of AREAA, NAHREP, WCR, FIABCI, VAREP and NAREB. She has presented at national conferences for IREM, WCR and NAA.

Steve Francks, RCE, CAE is the CEO of the Washington Association of REALTORS®. He is an innovative leader recognized for his contributions on a regional and national level and is eager to combine resources with other associations. He acted as the 2011 NAR Association Executives Committee Chair.

Bill Jones, GRI, is owner and Broker of Accent Real Estate Services in Temple, Texas and has 39 years of experience in real estate. He has served as the chairman of the Texas Association of REALTORS® as well as chaired several committees at the local, state and national level. He recently completed a 12 year commitment at the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Alice Martin, RCE, GRI is familiar with all aspects of the REALTOR® world, through her experience as a REALTOR® and volunteer leader and over 30 years of association employment at the local, state and national levels. At NAR, she provided state and local REALTOR® associations with leadership training and strategic planning. She was also instrumental in developing the U.S. version of this program with the Ontario Real Estate Association in 2011. She is currently a partner with Martin & Downs, an association consulting firm.

Don Martin, GRI is past president of both a local and state association, and has been a member of numerous REALTOR® association committees and work groups over a span of 30 years. He is a former REALTOR® of the Year at three different associations. Don is also a real estate educator and an Arizona GRI faculty member. He has been the designated broker of his own successful company and of a company of over 1,100 agents.

Diane Ruggiero, RCE, CAE is a focused and driven professional with 35 years in Association and MLS strategic management and leadership. She’s guided associations and MLSs through mergers and consolidations, advised boards of directors, motivated employees, and helped drive change in those organizations. She’s passionate about helping understand, plan for and work through the challenges of a changing world. Leadership development and mergers/consolidations are areas of expertise in her consulting work. Prior to starting her consulting business, Diane was the CEO for the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® and Heartland MLS for 15 years, also served as the CEO for Associations and MLSs in New Jersey and Washington, DC. She played a part in founding the RCE Designation and served on the original RCE Board from 1988 – 2001. Diane served as the Chairman of the NAR Association Executives Committee in 2008 and Chaired the AE Institute in 1994. She was awarded the prestigious William R Magel Award of Excellence from NAR in 2015. She loves to teach, facilitate and conduct seminars for REALTORS®, other AEs and community groups.

Melynn Sight

Melynn Sight is founder and president of nSight Marketing in Kansas City. She works with associations and their members in all aspects of communications; helping associations communicate more value to their members. Her work includes developing communications plans, branding, member research, and creating member value initiatives that unite staff to reach new levels as a team. The goal is to create more meaningful dialogue get more attention and communicate value to members. She has 25 years sales and marketing experience in the technology industry with Xerox and Sun Microsystems. She now spends full time bringing promising practices to the association industry.

Dr. John Wallace, CAE, RCE is an educator and consultant with more than 30 years of association management service, largely with the REALTOR ® organization – as a local GAD and local and state CEO. John is also an adjunct professor with the Central Michigan University Master of Science in Administration program. In his consultancy, he works primarily in leadership development, organizational behavior, and Personality and Behavior Assessment: certified in Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Big Five, MBTI, and California Psychological Inventory assessments. His focus is helping everyone see themselves as leaders, as well as helping organizations become “leaderful” – many leaders not one.

She is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and Santa Clara University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in California. Suzanne is a past President (2012) of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS®, past Chair of the Bay Area REALTOR® Leadership Academy, 2009 graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy, has served in various leadership positions for the California Association of REALTORS® and is a past president of the Rotary Club of Capitola Aptos. Suzanne has recently been awarded the distinction of Director for Life for the California Association of REALTORS®.
