Grants for REALTOR® Association Good Neighbor Awards Programs

NAR and Good Neighbor Awards sponsor Wells Fargo make it easy for you to recognize your members for their volunteer work in the community.

Apply for funds to cover the grant you award to your first Good Neighbor Award winner’s nonprofit ($1,000 for state associations and $500 for local associations).

There are many benefits to the association and the community when you shine a spotlight on REALTORS® who give back. If you don’t already have a Good Neighbor Awards program, we’ve done most of the work for you, so it will take minimal staff time and resources. Read tips on how to launch a Good Neighbor Program for your association.

In 2019, Wells Fargo Housing Foundation will contribute up to a total of $10,000 on a first-come first-served basis to eligible local and state real estate boards that establish Good Neighbor Award programs and complete and submit this application by September 10, 2019.



Real estate professionals must be cognizant of copyright issues when it comes to listing content, most notably in connection with listing photographs.
