Residential Real Estate Council

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the Residential Real Estate Council has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.

The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) is a professional membership organization established exclusively for leading real property advisors. Institute of Real Estate Management

The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is an association of property and asset managers who have met strict criteria in the areas of education, experience and ethics. Founded in 1933, IREM’s mission is to educate real estate managers, certify their competence and professionalism, serve as an advocate on issues affecting the real estate management industry, and enhance its members’ professional competence so they can better identify and meet the needs of those who use their services.

Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) is the world's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing the real estate buyer. There are more than 42,000 active members of the organization worldwide. REBAC awards the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and the Accredited Buyer's Representative Manager (ABRM) designations.

REALTORS® Land Institute

The REALTORS® Land Institute is the only real estate membership organization serving practitioners who specialize in land transactions, ranging from farms and ranches; recreational and special interest properties; raw land; transitional land; subdivision and lot wholesaling; to site selection and land assemblage. Since 1944, the organization has been dedicated to building knowledge and building business for its members.
