The Professional Standards Committee

If the Professional Standards Committee is small, the entire committee may hear each case. If it is a larger committee, the committee is divided into hearing panels. There must be an odd number of hearing panel members, so usually, there are 3 or 5 persons on the Hearing Panel.

We’ll use “hearing panel”to denote the group which conducts hearings to determine whether a violation of the Code occurred.
