Through its preeminent education program, the CCIM confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB)
The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers is a professional organization dedicated to providing quality education programs, information, products, services and networking opportunities to continually enhance the management productivity and profitability of its members. Since 1968, the Council has awarded the prestigious Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) Designation to those who have met both education and experience requirements. The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS)
The Council of Residential Specialists awards the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation to experienced REALTORS® who complete advanced training in listing and selling. Agents can increase their income by an incremental 20% as a result of earning the CRS Designation. The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE)
The Counselors of Real Estate, now in its 43rd year, is an international group of seasoned real estate practitioners who provide advisory services to clients on real property and land-related matters. The membership consists of asset managers, members of accounting and management consulting firms, and REALTORS®. Membership is by invitation only to practitioners who bring to each assignment a broad range of experience in the real estate field combined with technical competency in more than one real estate specialty. Those designated a "Counselor of Real Estate" (CRE) are recognized by their peers as having consistently demonstrated the highest levels of knowledge, experience, integrity and judgment in the practice of real estate.

Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
IREM was established in 1933 to advance professionalism in property management. It awards the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM®) designation to property and asset managers who meet its standards of experience, education, and ethical conduct. IREM also awards the ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION® (AMO®) designation to real estate management firms, and the ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER® (ARM®) recognition award to residential managers. IREM currently has approximately 9,700 CPM® members, 4,100 ARM® participants, and 620 AMO® firms.

REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI)
RLI was established in 1944 as a trade association for REALTORS® who specialize in the brokerage of land and currently serves over 1600 members in the United States, Canada and Mexico. There are five land categories that RLI members specialize in: 1) Brokerage of farms and ranches; 2) Brokerage of undeveloped tracts of land; 3) Brokerage of transitional and development and; 4) Subdividing land and wholesale brokerage of lots; and 5) Site selection and assemblage of land parcels. Members may earn the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation which only 1000 members have earned since its inception.

Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC)
REBAC (The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®) is the world's largest association of real estate professionals who focus specifically on representing the real estate buyer. Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR)
Individuals certified with the SIOR designation (Specialist, Industrial and Office Real Estate) are top producers in more than 450 cities worldwide.
