Condominium Resource Book

The Condominium Resource Book is a publication developed to demonstrate the need for changes in FHA’s condo policy. The book contains data on the number of FHA condos that are certified (less than 20%), examples of the affordability of condos vs single family homes, and changes NAR is requesting in the FHA condominium rules.
